What fees do I pay?

No fees/commission is charged from foodie/customer. As aircook.com does not charge any commission from its partners however some listing fees may apply. Listing fees may vary due to menu item counts on the aircooks.com platform.

The fees are very minimal there will be no cost for the first five dishes, more than five (5) items on the menu will cost some cents as this helps us to operate the aircooks.com platform, and other support services such as advertising.

 

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes. Before making a selection you can choose the date when you like your meals to be ready. Also, you can contact your cook for any specifications.   

 

How do I cancel my order?

If the cook/restaurant has not yet accepted your order, you can cancel your order. Please contact the aircooks partner ASAP as cancellation of an order will depend on the partner/restaurant.

Note: if the Partner/restaurant has already started preparing your order, in this circumstance refund entirely depends on individual partners/restaurant.

 

Is aircooks.com available in my local area?

The quickest way to check if local cooks available in your area, search via Cooks near me. Results will show available cooks and their offerings in your area. 

 

How long does it take to get a partner/restaurant on Aircooks.com?

Aircooks.com offers self-onboarding via partner’s login. Partner’s onboarding is a very quick and easy process. Once all online boarding process is completed aircooks.com takes only a few mins to activate your profile 

 

What are the photos requirements for listing on aircooks

Prospective customers will see your menu items only in pictures, so it is important to upload good quality images. We highly recommend to upload images of 2000px x 2000px size. When in doubt please contact aircooks.com support staff for advice. Email info@aircooks.com
