Add fish and apply paste thoroughly over every piece.
Cover and let it rest for half an hour.
Heat oil in a wok.
Gradually add fish fillets , do not add more than four filllets at a time.
Deep fry until golden brown.Serve hot with Pudina chutney (mint sauce).
